bought this due to the wow factor of unlimited internet
wherever i go but this is terribly slow and it cant play netflix and youtube takes forever to load small vids. this is ok if you only view web pages or email
but dont even try to watch vids or download anything. it better to just fork over the extra money for your local internet provider if you like videos or download.
plus after 5gb of download\upload cricket slows your speed down quite significantly. NOT FOR HEAVY DATA USERS!!!!!

Whoever decided to combine a USB modem that also uses a Micro SD card is genius. I never have to remember to bring along a flash drive as the Cricket Modem has the ability to carry as much stored data as I want via the Micro SD card. Also, Cricket has unlimited data transfer at the $50 tier and that's average with the other carriers. I always seem to have 3 to 4 bars in the city or on the open road. I know it all depends on coverage area, so check your coverage area before rating this modem, or any other mobile broadband's modem.
